Deliverables Included in Our Branding Service

A complete process, beyond just a logo
Branding is not a single file or a logo — it’s a multi-step process with carefully crafted deliverables at each stage. In this article, we break down everything you’ll receive when you work with us on your brand identity. Each element plays a fundamental role in building a solid, strategic, and visually coherent brand.

Brand Research
At DBC Design, we believe that strategic design doesn’t come from luck or sudden inspiration. Before we begin any visual work, we go through a key step: the brand research phase, also known as the conceptual direction or visual alignment stage.
This phase takes place after we receive the client’s brief, and its purpose is to clearly define the parameters that will guide the entire design process. It not only helps us translate the client’s ideas into clear visual concepts, but also aligns expectations from the start — avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth down the road.

Logo Proposals x3
We deliver three logo concepts, each with its own variations and rationale. This allows us to explore different creative directions and work with you to define the most aligned one..

Final Logo + Variations
Once the final logo is approved, we deliver all variations in both editable formats (AI, EPS, PDF) and ready-to-use files (PNG, JPG) — including versions for light and dark backgrounds, monochrome use, and more. Everything you need for print, digital, and production is included.

Brandbook
This is the final document: a complete guide with all the visual and strategic guidelines for your brand. It includes logo construction, color usage, typography, tone of voice, graphic elements, do’s and don’ts, and usage examples. It’s your go-to tool to keep your brand consistent across all platforms.

Branding Applications
We design mockups and branded materials so you can visualize how your brand comes to life — from business cards and stationery to flyers or social media graphics. These real-world applications help connect the brand system to your audience experience.
Why do these deliverables matter?
Because a great brand identity doesn’t just look good — it works.
It helps you project professionalism, build trust, and connect with your ideal audience. These deliverables aren’t just files — they’re a system designed to give you clarity, confidence, and consistency as your brand grows.
